My mom and I really enjoyed our stay in The Langham Jakarta. Everything was nice about this hotel. Our hotel room was spacious and we had a stunning bathroom. There were also lots of amenities. The housekeeping staff was also very attentive. We also loved the skypool and the pool on the 6th floor. The gym has good equipment and you can train with a nice view. The staff were so friendly! Especially Fenny & Alfa. They were so friendly and helpful and their service was amazing. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay incredible. We would definitely come back when we visit Jakarta again.

The hotel and service were incredible. We stayed for 4 nights and I can honestly say it is the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The service throughout was second to non and the rooms were fabulous. We visited the roof top bar which was superb with great views and a great atmosphere. We also visited Tom's by Tom Aitken and the experience here was so good that we visited twice during our short stay. Syaeful Abidin and his team made us feel special on both occasions and the food was amazing.

Especially appreciated the quick and amazing laundry service which cleaned up my partner's precious linen blouse. Big thank you for that. As a fan of the Art Deco style, this hotel was classy and beautifully decorated.

The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the bathroom was so good we didn’t want to leave the room at all :) Tom’s restaurant had the most amazing breakfasts we’ve had in Indonesia - taking buffet option is highly recommended! the staff was extremely polite and helpful with all the requests we had.
